Change Finance & Payment Solutions (CFPS) is a Europe-based international money service that offers a free euro account and virtual and physical Mastercard debit cards issued by Unlimit, an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licensed by the Bank of Cyprus. Both the account and debit cards are provided with no monthly or maintenance fees to all CFPS users. The cards are accepted worldwide, at any ATMs and payment terminals that support Mastercard.
CFPS provides the financial services via a smart all-in-one mobile app that enables the users to manage their cards and accounts, make money transfers across Europe and worldwide, and use all the other integrated features, which are available now or will be added in the future. Currently, the CFPS service is meant only for residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) that have a government-issued ID (including temporary or permanent residence permit) and proof of address. However, the company has plans to expand beyond the EEA.
