What can I use as proof of address?

The document used as proof of address must contain your current residential address and be clearly dated as some documents should not be older than 3 months. You can provide one of the following documents:

  • Bank statement, mortgage statement or credit card statement issued by a bank (3 months or less old);
  • Utility bill for electricity, gas, water supply, home Internet, cable TV, or landline telephone (3 months or less old);
  • Tax bill, valid for 1 year;
  • Any government-issued correspondence;
  • Current lease agreement that has both your and landlord’s signatures.

We don’t accept:

  • Screenshots;
  • Mobile phone bills;
  • Medical bills;
  • Receipts for purchases;
  • Insurance statements.

Please note that:

  • The document must be no older than 3 months, except the lease agreement, and must be printed on an official form;
  • The document must contain your full name (the same as on your ID document);
  • When taking a photo, make sure that the address, date of issue, and all corners of the document are within the frame;
  • The document cannot be the same as your ID document;
  • We accept both photos of paper documents and uploaded electronic documents in PDF.
