You will

Design, develop and improve the existing functionality of digital products;
Develop a design system;
Participate in the conduct of research interviews;
Analyse business requirements;
Participate in the development of user scenarios (CJM, User Story);
Create prototypes based on the collected information;
Design screens and screen forms;
Work effectively with different teams, including the product owner, developers, customer service, marketing team, and testers;
Micro-copywriting: you can easily give a correct name to the control element for others to understand what kind of element it is;
Justify your decisions and explain the required changes in the existing functionality;
Mentor and develop your design team.

What you need

At least 3 years of experience working with UX/UI: design and prototyping; portfolio of completed projects (information system complex user interfaces will be a great advantage);
Understanding of the principles of conducting research and creating user scenarios;
You are a master in Figma (components/styles/auto layouts);
Knowledge of and interest in current design trends;
Ability to identify problems and solve complex tasks;
Knowledge of how to develop products without redesigning them from scratch;
Understanding of the principles of the product approach and using them in daily work;
Thorough data analysis and data-driven decision-making;
Focus on user needs and defend them in communication with other teams;
Understanding of the technical constraints of the platforms;
Testing and communication with the development, research and product teams until the final assembly;
Portfolio of confirmed cases preferably on Behance/Dribble;
Experience in Fintech, Mobile app design;
Experience with additional services such as Framer, Sketch, Invision, FlutterFlow, UXPin, Marvel, ProtoPie, WebFlow, UserTesting, Maze.
