HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager you will be managing all the HR processes including conduction of interviews, recruitment and onboarding.
You will
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of IT personnel;
  • Conduct interviews with candidates;
  • Write job descriptions and post jobs on job boards;
  • Manage all HR processes: hiring and onboarding of employees, documentation;
  • Participate in the preparation and sending of offers;
  • Onboard hired employees, collect feedback, assist in dealing with organizational issues;
  • Monitor the employee’s probationary period, conduct onboarding meetings;
  • Arrange and control the conclusion of employment agreements with employees: hiring and offboarding;
  • Control the submittance of progress reports by employees;
  • Communicate with the legal and accounting departments;
  • Develop the HR function.

What you need
  • At least 5 years of work experience;
  • Document management from the offer to the end of the employee onboarding process;
  • Understanding of the specifics of the employee hiring process abroad (benefits package, annual salary, bonuses);
  • Onboarding experience;
  • Exit interview experience;
  • Upper Intermediate level of English required;
  • Independence, self-organization.
