We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team. As a Head of Sales you will work closely with middle and senior managers of prospective customers, promote and sell CFPS solutions.
You will
  • Identify pain points and study the business model of each of our customers;
  • Effectively promote and sell CFPS solutions;
  • Start a new business for CFPS;
  • Identify prospects, communicate a specific customer/partner value proposition, and establish long-lasting, successful partnerships;
  • Work closely with middle and senior managers of prospective customers, successfully negotiate and close deals, assist in adaptation;
  • Collaborate with technology leaders and solution providers, work closely with sales support teams, implement and manage accounts;
  • Use our CRM and other tech stack frameworks to track and monitor progress metrics, and analyse engagement trends to identify strong points and continuous improvement areas.

What you need
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in the payment industry with a focus on key strategic customer acquisition;
  • Solid understanding of market and industry trends in high-risk industries including Crypto, DeFi, Blockchain and iGaming;
  • Experience as a strategic negotiator and strong communicator;
  • Experience as a full-cycle sales manager;
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams;
  • Highly self-organized and able to optimally prioritize changing workloads and responsibilities;
  • Upper Intermediate level of English.
