We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team. As a Head of Sales you will work closely with middle and senior managers of prospective customers, promote and sell CFPS solutions.
Identify pain points and study the business model of each of our customers;
Effectively promote and sell CFPS solutions;
Start a new business for CFPS;
Identify prospects, communicate a specific customer/partner value proposition, and establish long-lasting, successful partnerships;
Work closely with middle and senior managers of prospective customers, successfully negotiate and close deals, assist in adaptation;
Collaborate with technology leaders and solution providers, work closely with sales support teams, implement and manage accounts;
Use our CRM and other tech stack frameworks to track and monitor progress metrics, and analyse engagement trends to identify strong points and continuous improvement areas.

What you need
4+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in the payment industry with a focus on key strategic customer acquisition;
Solid understanding of market and industry trends in high-risk industries including Crypto, DeFi, Blockchain and iGaming;
Experience as a strategic negotiator and strong communicator;
Experience as a full-cycle sales manager;
Experience in building and managing sales teams;
Highly self-organized and able to optimally prioritize changing workloads and responsibilities;
